Job Role: Outbound Sales Officer - Voice Process

Employment Type: Full time | On-Roll (Direct Payroll of Kotak Mahindra Bank)

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound sales calls to promote Kotak Bank products
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details
- Ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance standards
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Eligibility Criteria

- Gender: Male / Female
- Experience: Prior sales experience is mandatory (Freshers not eligible)
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Age Limit: 18 to 31 years

- Communication Skills:
- Basic to average English communication
- Ability to read English and provide a self-introduction
- Employment Gap: No career gap exceeding 6 months

Compensation & Benefits

- CTC:



Up to 3.10 LPA, based on interview performance
- Incentives: Up to 24,000 per month (performance-based)
- Higher Package: Candidates with 3+ years of sales experience and basic English communication may earn up to 4.00 LPA CTC
- Payroll: Directly on Kotak Mahindra Bank payroll

Working Hours & Weekly Offs

- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Fixed shift)
- Weekly Offs: 8 days per month (4 Sundays and 4 Saturdays)
