Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues and optimize processes.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the order management process.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and shipment status.
Job Requirements :
- 5-9 years of experience in order management or a related field (e.g. logistics, supply chain).
- Proficiency in Japanese language is required.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and ability to analyze data using tools like Excel or Access.
