We are looking for Oracle SCM professionals with strong hands-on experience in manufacturing and maintenance within Cloud Fusion . To make your search more effective, here are the key areas you’ll want to emphasize when evaluating or drafting role descriptions:

- Oracle SCM Cloud : Deep knowledge of Fusion modules, especially Manufacturing and Maintenance.
- Manufacturing processes : Expertise in work definitions, work orders, production scheduling, and shop floor execution.
- Maintenance management : Experience with asset lifecycle management, preventive maintenance, and work order tracking.
- Integration skills :



Ability to connect SCM with Finance, Procurement, and Inventory modules.
- Cloud implementation : Hands-on participation in end-to-end Fusion Cloud deployments, upgrades, or migrations.
- Configuration & customization : Strong skills in setups, workflows, and tailoring SCM processes to business needs.
- Reporting & analytics : Familiarity with OTBI, BI Publisher, and dashboards for manufacturing and maintenance KPIs.

Requirements:

- 7–9 years of SCM experience, with at least 3-4 years in Fusion Cloud.
- Robust domain knowledge in manufacturing operations and asset maintenance .
- Prior involvement in implementation projects or support roles for Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into system solutions.
