Join our growing Finance Transformation Consulting Practice as a Manager - Oracle EPM (EPCM/PCMCS) and lead large-scale profitability and cost management transformation programs for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle EPCM/PCMCS implementations across requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and Hyperion.

Drive solution architecture for profitability and cost allocation models including: Dimensions, Rule-set design, Allocation methodologies, Performance optimization, Controls & auditability

Facilitate executive workshops and translate business objectives into scalable profitability and allocation models.

Manage delivery governance including: Project planning, Dependencies, Risk management, Change control, Executive reporting, Escalation management

Ensure delivery quality through design reviews, SIT/UAT oversight, reconciliation strategies, and go-live readiness.

Mentor and develop consulting teams while contributing to hiring, staffing, and capability building.

Support business growth through: Solutioning, Estimation, Proposal development,



Client presentations, Demos & PoCs

Required Experience

10+ years of experience in Finance Transformation / Oracle EPM Consulting

Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EPCM/PCMCS with multiple end-to-end implementations

Deep understanding of: Profitability & Cost Management, Cost allocations, Cost drivers, Cost pools, Reconciliation & reporting

Experience designing: Dimensional models, Business rules, Custom calculations, Performance optimization strategies

Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

Experience leading distributed consulting teams and managing multiple workstreams

Knowledge of Oracle EPM integrations: Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs

Valuable to Have

Oracle Planning, FCCS, TRCS, or ARCS experience

Smart View reporting expertise

Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Shared Services industry experience

Operating model design and costing methodology exposure

Pre-sales and proposal development experience

Oracle EPM Cloud / PCMCS Certifications

MBA / CA / CMA preferred
