About the Role

Dhruvsoft Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Oracle NetSuite Technical Consultants and Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultants to join our ERP practice.

Roles & Responsibilities

NetSuite Technical Consultant

- Deliver NetSuite customization and development solutions for clients.
- Work closely with clients during post-sales implementation and support activities.
- Analyze client requirements and develop scalable technical solutions.
- Create and customize forms, dashboards, saved searches, reports, workflows, scripts, and custom records.
- Develop SuiteScript-based customizations and automation.
- Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external applications.
- Facilitate technical workshops, provide end-user training, and prepare technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Functional Consultants, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize NetSuite performance.

NetSuite Functional Consultant

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Deliver NetSuite configuration and functional consulting services.
- Manage client engagements during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
- Perform business process analysis and gap analysis.
- Configure NetSuite modules based on business requirements.
- Prepare functional documentation and user manuals.
- Perform NetSuite administration, including roles, permissions, workflows, and system configuration.
- Conduct user training, testing, UAT support, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for customizations and enhancements.
- Provide timely client support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills

NetSuite Technical Consultant

- Experience as a NetSuite Technical Consultant.




- Solid hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk APIs, RESTlets, and NetSuite customizations.
- Experience developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Saved Searches, Reports, SDF, Custom Records, Forms, and Workflows.
- Experience with middleware platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of NetSuite ERP modules.
- At least 2 years of full-cycle NetSuite implementation experience.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

NetSuite Functional Consultant

- Experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.
- Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules, including Financials, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Fixed Assets Management (FAM), Projects, and CRM.
- Experience in solution design, business process mapping, and ERP implementation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into NetSuite configurations and workflows.
- Minimum 1 year of full-cycle ERP implementation experience (preferably NetSuite).
- Good understanding of NetSuite ERP modules.
- B.Tech. or MBA qualification preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Overall experience: 3 to 6 years.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within project teams.
- Oracle NetSuite Certifications will be an added advantage.
