Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Role Summary The Oracle Fusion SCM Maintenance Functional Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud solutions. The role involves configuring and managing asset maintenance, work orders, preventive maintenance, and maintenance planning processes while ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Fusion Inventory, Procurement, and Finance modules. Design & Implementation

Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud (SaaS).

Design and configure maintenance business processes, including:

Asset and Equipment Management

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

Work Order Management

Maintenance Programs and Schedules

Configure Oracle Fusion Maintenance module setups based on business requirements.

Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.

Conduct solution design workshops and prepare functional design documents.

Configure maintenance organizations, work definitions, maintenance work centers, and resource setups.

Support data migration activities for assets, maintenance history, and work orders.

Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, extensions, and reporting requirements.

Analyze business processes and recommend Oracle Fusion Maintenance best practices.

Provide functional expertise during fit-gap analysis and solution design.





Configure preventive maintenance schedules, maintenance work orders, and asset lifecycle management.

Ensure integration between Maintenance, Inventory, Procurement, Costing, and Financial modules.

Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.

Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.

Provide post-go-live support and application stabilization.

Work closely with business users to resolve production issues.

Conduct user training sessions and prepare functional documentation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure adherence to Oracle implementation methodologies and best practices.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud implementation and support.

Hands-on experience with Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Work Order Management.

Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Maintenance with Inventory, Procurement, Cost Management, and Finance modules.

Good understanding of maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management, and maintenance execution.

Experience in configuration, testing, data migration, and production support.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
