We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM / PPM Grants (PPMG) Functional Consultant with 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience to join our Oracle Cloud practice. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM), with experience in Oracle Fusion Grants Management (PPMG) being an added advantage.

The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Oracle Fusion applications, supporting end-to-end implementations, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Perform Fit-Gap analysis and recommend best practices.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion PPM modules.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation activities, including CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
- Prepare functional documents such as BRDs, FDDs, configuration documents, and test scripts.
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, data migration, and enhancements.
- Validate data migration and support production issues.
- Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.




- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HCM, and technical teams for cross-functional integrations.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of Oracle ERP Functional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion PPM implementation and support.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion PPM configuration.
- Experience integrating PPM with Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA).
- Strong understanding of implementation lifecycle, testing (SIT/UAT), and production support.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Positive to Have
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Grants Management (PPMG).
- Oracle Fusion PPM Certification.
- Knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Awareness of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates.
- Exposure to global Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
