Role Overview

- Works alongside the Core HR, Compensation, and Absence functional leads to deliver full-scope AMS support.

- This role primarily owns complex HCM Extract development, which is the most critical and highest-risk technical capability within this engagement.

- Requires deep, verifiable, hands-on experience in building and troubleshooting complex HCM Extracts.

- Specifically, the candidate should have experience developing extracts that feed sensitive, time-critical downstream processes, such as payroll and benefits data flows.

- Must be able to walk through real, specific HCM Extracts they have personally built during the interview—not just demonstrate general familiarity or theoretical knowledge.

- Must demonstrate a strong understanding of handling data sensitivity, timing constraints, and downstream system dependencies.

BIP / OTBI Reporting

- Design and build reports across the Carmeuse Oracle HCM environment.

- Support ad hoc and recurring reporting requirements across HCM modules.

Technical Configuration





- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas.

- Perform page personalizations and other technical configuration tasks.

Incident Support

- Diagnose and resolve technical and reporting-related incidents.

- Perform root-cause analysis and provide solutions for recurring technical issues.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of Oracle HCM technical experience, with Oracle Fusion Cloud experience strongly preferred.

- Proven expertise in developing complex HCM Extracts (the primary screening criterion for this role).

- Strong hands-on experience in building BIP and OTBI reports.

- Working knowledge of Fast Formula development and technical configurations.

- Ability to work independently across multiple HCM modules rather than being narrowly specialized in a single area.

- Prior AMS or production support experience, ideally in a client-facing or embedded team setting.
