Must-Have

- Exadata Machine admin
- Linux or Solaris Familiarity
- Oracle 19c RAC and ASM
- HA and DR
- OEL Unix skills
- PDB/CDB setup, Oracle ZDM and ZDLRA processes
- Oracle Cloud Infra knowledge, Identity federation using MS AD or Entra
- Basic AWS Administration with the understanding of landing zone design
- Expertise with migrating large Oracle databases to public cloud

Valuable-to-Have

- Oracle performance and Tuning
- Oracle EBS or another ERP knowledge
- Backup and Recovery of OS using any snapshot technology
- Actual experience of performing OS maintenance
- Monitoring using Oracle Enterprise Manager
