Position: Oracle BRM Developer & Support

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and support Oracle BRM applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Work on BRM billing, rating, invoicing, and payment modules.
- Develop custom FM/PCM components and integrations.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including OSS/BSS, testing, and business stakeholders.
- Support deployments, enhancements, and performance tuning.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Oracle BRM Development and/or Support.
- Hands-on experience with BRM architecture, PCM APIs, FM customization, and opcode development.
- Positive knowledge of Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, SQL,



and Oracle Database.
- Experience in telecom billing and revenue management.
- Exposure to production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of OSS/BSS integration is an added advantage.
