Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct eye tests to diagnose vision problems and prescribe glasses or contact lenses as needed.

- Provide excellent customer service by explaining products, answering questions, and addressing concerns from customers.

- Maintain accurate records of patient data, including test results and product recommendations.

- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store appearance standards.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in optometry to provide expert advice to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience as an Optometrist (BSC).

- Robust knowledge of optics, optometry, refraction, and retail operations.

- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
