Experience: 6 months -5+ years in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition

Role Summary

We are looking for an OPT Recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates on OPT/CPT/STEM OPT and related work authorizations. The recruiter will manage the full hiring cycle, build candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure compliance with applicable employment and immigration requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source OPT/CPT/STEM OPT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, universities, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate skills, availability, and eligibility.
- Build and maintain a strong database of active and passive candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand open roles and matching requirements.
- Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and support the onboarding process.
- Maintain awareness of OPT-related compliance, documentation, and work authorization requirements.
- Track recruitment activity, candidate pipelines,



and placement metrics.
- Build relationships with universities, career centers, and candidate communities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of recruiting or US staffing experience.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B transfer, W2, C2C, and 1099 terms is often preferred in staffing-focused roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, email, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools.

Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting international students or early-career talent.
- Knowledge of IT skills and current market demand.
- Experience with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills.

Pay: ₹18,301.60 - ₹50,987.71 per month
