- Bachelor / Masters in Engineering / Environmental Engineering
- Energy Simulation knowledge desirable
- Have relevant discipline experience in certifications / green building / sustainability related consulting 7-10 years with experience in international projects.
- Knowledge of rating systems such as LEED, IGBC , USGBC , GRIHA , Fitwell
- Knowledge of International Certifications shall be added advantage - Mostadam, Estidama,
Greenmark
- Experience in circular economy principles and life cycle assessments is advantageous.
- Understand energy modelling and can interpret modelling results.
- Proven ability to keep multiple teams aligned while executing organizational initiatives.
- Solid oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to communicate results via Microsoft
Software Skills: Microsoft office
Experience: 10-15 years of Experience on LEED Projects
