Role: Business Analyst

Location Pune

We are looking for a candidate with 3 - 5 years of experience and hands-on expertise in the following areas:

- Power BI – including report development, RLS, DAX, and interactive visualizations
- SQL – robust hands-on experience in writing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
- Data Modelling – building optimized, scalable data models across diverse data sources
- Power Automate – to automate workflows and streamline reporting processes
- Finance Domain Experience – experience working with finance data and reporting, including financial KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, and other finance-related analytics. Ability to understand finance business processes and translate them into meaningful reporting solutions is preferred.
- Stakeholder Management – ability to gather requirements, align with business objectives, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Good Communication Skills – both verbal and written, especially for presenting insights and recommendations to business users and leadership.
