- Operate PET blow moulding machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Start up, run, and shut down the machine safely.
- Monitor machine parameters such as oven temperature, air pressure, heating profile, and cycle time.
- Perform mold changeover and product changeover with minimum downtime.
- Ensure continuous production as per the production schedule.
Quality Control
- Inspect bottles for quality defects such as:
o Short blow o Flash o Black spots o Neck damage o Uneven wall thickness o Base defects o Leakage o Weight variation
- Ensure bottle dimensions and weight meet quality specifications.
- Segregate and report non-conforming products immediately.
Production & Productivity
- Achieve hourly and shift production targets.
- Minimize machine stoppages and process losses.
- Reduce bottle rejection and material wastage.
- Maintain Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
