Key Responsibilities

- HVAC equipment knowledge and configuration knowledge with BMS Software
- AHU Control + VAV (variable air volume), sensor configuration, different types of sensor knowledge
- BMS Commanding knowledge
- Reports making on Electrical operations like ON/OFF, Daily consumption reports, fluctuations reports, etc
- Plumbing system operations & monitoring with BMS-software + Reports (water consumption reports/trend)

KEY ATTRIBUTES:

- A keen eye and methodical approach to detail
- Presentable in appearance and attitude promoting a qualified image of the Book People at all times




- Flexible in regards to working arrangements and operational changes
- Excellent communication skills
- A high standard of health and safety at work and an ability to apply that knowledge practically
- Computer literate
