Operations Manager – US Night Shift (International Process

Shift:- US Night Shift (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and disciplined Operations Manager to lead our US-based calling process. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience managing outbound/inbound calling teams, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining a positive work environment.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, improving team productivity, maintaining attendance and discipline, coaching employees, and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the calling team.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, productivity, and adherence.
- Conduct daily team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Track KPIs such as calls handled, conversion rates, productivity, quality, and attendance.
- Motivate and mentor team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Handle employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work culture.
- Coordinate with management regarding operational performance and process improvements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure company policies and standard operating procedures are followed.




- Identify training needs and help onboard new employees.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience in managing international voice processes (US process preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Experience in team handling, coaching, and performance management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
- Comfortable working permanent US night shifts.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in BPO, call center, customer support, sales, or lead generation processes.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and performance dashboards.
- Proven record of improving team productivity and employee engagement.

Salary ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
