Analyze operational metrics and report on performance
What You'll Bring
3+ years of operations or business process management experience
Solid project management and organizational skills
Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation
Understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
Data Analysis Skills And Experience With Operational Metrics Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience in technology or fast-growing companies
Knowledge of quality management systems and compliance frameworks
Understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
Project management certification (PMP, Agile)
