Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the Digital Marketing, SEO, Graphic Design, and Video Editing teams
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks to ensure timely project delivery
- Review and maintain the quality of creative and marketing deliverables
- Streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Monitor team performance, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure productivity
- Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality standards





Requirements

- 7+ years of operations or team management experience
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, Graphic Design, and Video Editing
- Ability to review and maintain the quality of creative and marketing deliverables
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to streamline workflows and ensure timely project execution
