About The Role

We need an Operations Manager who turns growth chaos into repeatable process: onboarding that works, invoicing that never slips, compliance that is boring, and dashboards leadership can trust.

Responsibilities

Design and run core business processes — onboarding, invoicing, collections, and reporting

Own monthly operating reviews: utilization, margins, hiring pipeline, and OKR progress

Manage statutory compliance with our CA/CS partners (GST, PF, ROC filings)

Oversee office administration, IT assets, and workplace experience

Partner with founders on budgeting and cost control

Requirements

5+ years in business operations, ideally in IT/professional services

Strong Excel/Sheets and reporting skills; ERP or Zoho experience a plus

Working knowledge of Indian statutory compliance A bias for checklists, systems, and closing loops
