Role Description The Operations Manager role at Manjap Food Works is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including production planning, inventory management, and coordination with procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.

Manager will monitor performance metrics, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and any relevant food safety guidelines. The role involves supervising and guiding operational staff, resolving operational issues, optimizing resource utilization,



and collaborating with finance and senior leadership on cost control and efficiency initiatives.

Manager will also support cross-functional projects, manage operational documentation and reporting, and contribute to strategic planning for capacity and growth.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow planning, and performance monitoring.
- Experience with inventory control, supply chain coordination, and vendor or supplier management.
- Ability to lead teams on-site, provide clear direction, and support training and development.
- Competence in data analysis, reporting, and use of spreadsheets or ERP/operations software.
- Knowledge of food industry operations or manufacturing environments, including quality and safety practices, is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram full time and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
