We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead commercial HVAC operations, oversee project execution, manage teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership, planning, client coordination, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in the Commercial HVAC or MEP industry.

Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage daily operations across HVAC projects.

- Oversee project planning, execution, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project standards.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Requirements • 5+ years of relevant Operations Management experience.

- Commercial HVAC / MEP industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
