Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full time remote position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across talent engagements and brand collaborations. This role includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of celebrity endorsements, event appearances, TVCs, DVCs, and related campaigns.

Manager will develop and refine operational processes, manage project timelines, track deliverables, and maintain documentation for ongoing and completed projects. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, identifying process improvements, managing budgets in collaboration with relevant teams,



and ensuring compliance with contracts and service standards.

Qualifications

- Operational management and process optimization skills, including workflow design, project coordination, and resource allocation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration, vendor coordination, and client communication.
- Planning and organizational skills, including time management, prioritization, and attention to detail in handling multiple concurrent projects.
- Analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to use data to track performance, manage budgets, and recommend improvements.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software, communication platforms).
- Relevant experience in operations within entertainment, talent management, marketing, or a related industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
