We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, and drive timely execution of projects. Key Responsibilities
- Track the progress of videos assigned to editors and ensure timely completion
- Follow up regularly with editors to identify delays, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain delivery timelines
- Ensure quality standards and project requirements are communicated clearly to the editing team
- Coordinate with the social media team to ensure timely execution of daily activities, content schedules,
and campaigns
- Track social media deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Maintain explicit communication between content, editing, and social media teams
- Proactively maintain and update a daily task tracker for all ongoing activities
- Monitor completion status, pending tasks, and upcoming priorities
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on operational progress, challenges, and achievements
