We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our mining project in Peddapalli. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating departments, managing suppliers and customers, ensuring smooth production, achieving production targets, and monitoring payments and project execution.
1. Mining Operations
- Manage daily mining operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor productivity and equipment utilization.
- Improve operational efficiency.

- Coordinate with:

3. Supplier Management
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
- Negotiate prices and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor supplier performance.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate dispatches and deliveries.
- Handle customer requirements and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Payment Follow-up
- Follow up on customer payments.
- Coordinate with the accounts department.
- Track receivables and outstanding invoices.
- Ensure timely collections.
6. Production Planning
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Monitor production against targets.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
7. Target Achievement
- Meet monthly production and dispatch targets.
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance.
- Prepare performance reports for management.
