Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based at Carnival Farms in Patna. This position oversees day-to-day resort operations, including event execution, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage coordination, and facility management.

The Operations

Manager will lead and schedule staff, ensure service quality standards are met, and coordinate with event planners, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless weddings, corporate retreats, and family experiences.





Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, optimizing resources, managing inventory, and upholding safety and compliance across the property. The role also involves identifying process improvements, responding to guest feedback, and supporting management in achieving occupancy, revenue, and experience goals.

Qualifications

- Experience in operations management within hospitality, events, resorts, or related service industries.
- Strong team leadership, staff supervision, and people management skills.
- Ability to coordinate complex events, logistics, and multi-stakeholder schedules.
- Sound understanding of customer service principles and guest experience best practices.
- Competence in basic budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and vendors.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort with using standard office and operations software; experience with property or event management systems is an advantage.
- Prior experience working in on-site roles that require flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak celebration seasons.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
