Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident HR & Social Media Intern to support our recruitment and branding activities. The intern will be responsible for calling candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and posting company videos across social media platforms to increase engagement and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Recruitment

- Call candidates and explain job openings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.

Social Media

- Upload and post company videos on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Write basic captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
- Ensure timely posting of promotional and recruitment content.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for video availability and posting schedules.
- Monitor basic engagement metrics and maintain posting records.

Requirements




- Currently pursuing or recently completed Graduation/MBA.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Positive organizational and time management skills.
