Role Description The Operations Intern role at Perfusion Healthcare is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The intern will assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including coordinating activities between departments, tracking workflow status, and supporting implementation of process improvements.

Responsibilities include collecting and organizing operational data, preparing basic reports, and supporting project timelines under the guidance of senior team members. The intern will help with communication and follow-ups related to ongoing operations, support basic vendor or partner coordination, and contribute to documentation of procedures and guidelines. This role offers exposure to healthcare operations, structured mentorship,



and the chance to learn how operational decisions impact patient care and organizational performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and convey information clearly.

- Ability to work in office in Raipur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail is required.
- Proficiency with basic productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, documents, and presentations) and a willingness to learn healthcare-specific systems is preferred.
