We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, coordinating with multiple teams, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operational activities and processes.
- Coordinate between learners and the Masai team to ensure smooth communication and timely issue resolution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for learners for operational queries and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update operational data, trackers, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Monitor process adherence and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Support documentation, process audits, and operational projects.
- Handle data validation and ensure accuracy across systems.
- Assist in resolving operational queries and escalations.
- Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (final-year students or recent graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Prior internship experience in operations, customer support, or program coordination is a plus but not mandatory.
