We advise over 500 resident and NRI clients, family offices and senior professionals across India and six countries, with a practice spanning mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, fixed income, unlisted shares and GIFT City structures. Led by directors from IIM Raipur, NMIMS Mumbai and IIM Calcutta, the firm is built on research-led advice and a client-first approach. About the Role:

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Operations Head to join our wealth management team in Kolkata. The role sits where advice becomes execution, onboarding, KYC, transaction processing and documentation across a wide product range. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Owning the firm's complete operational workflow on a day-to-day basis, end to end.
- Leading and supervising a team of three, including work allocation, review and development.
- Overseeing KYC documentation, client onboarding, transaction processing and record maintenance across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, fixed income and unlisted deals.
- Coordinating with AMCs, PMS providers,



AIF managers and other product partners.
- Staying updated on NSE, BSE and related platforms, and on SEBI regulations governing documentation and compliance.
- Handling all client communication, written and telephonic, with the composure expected of a firm serving HNI and NRI clients.
- ⁠Maintaining accurate client records and following up on pending documentation until closure.

Skills Required

- 2–3 years of experience in wealth management, mutual funds, PMS or AIFs.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the presence to represent the firm on client calls and correspondence.
- Working knowledge of KYC, onboarding and transaction processes, and of NSE and BSE platforms.
- Solid attention to detail, a high sense of ownership, and the ability to work independently under deadlines.
