Jain is an appointment-only, CAD-driven bespoke fine jewellery brand — think Cartier meets old-Delhi haveli. We design and manufacture custom pieces in lab-grown and natural certified diamonds, working directly with our manufacturing partners in Delhi and Surat.

We're a lean, founder-led team, and this role is central to how smoothly our production actually runs. A.N. JAIN focuses on educating consumers about the benefits of lab-grown diamonds and supporting socially conscious purchasing decisions.

The company aims to make responsible luxury available to a broad audience while maintaining high design and quality s tandards.

Role Description The Operations Intern role at A.N. JAIN is a full-time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. The intern will support day-to-day operations, including coordinating orders, tracking inventory, and assisting with vendor communication to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities include helping streamline operational processes, preparing reports, supporting project timelines, and maintaining documentation related to supply chain and production. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and design to align operational activities with business goals. This role offers exposure to sustainable jewelry operations and the prospect to contribute to efficiency and customer experience. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, process improvement, and performance reporting.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.





Candidates should possess Sales awareness and customer-orientation to support operational needs related to order fulfillment and client servicing.

Candidates should possess Operations Management and Project Management skills to assist in planning, organizing, and executing daily workflows and small projects.

Ability to work in a hybrid setting in New Delhi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort working with data and documentation.

Interest in sustainability, ethical products, and the jewelry or fashion industry is highly beneficial.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field is preferred. What You'll Do

- Coordinate CAD design approvals between customers, designers, and manufacturing
- Liaise with manufacturing partners (Surat) and karigars on production timelines and status
- Track gold/diamond issuance and returns against our ledger system — accuracy is non-negotiable
- Support quality control checks on incoming pieces before they reach the customer
- Maintain and update tracking sheets so production status is visible at a glance, not just in someone's head
- Flag delays or issues early — before they become customer-facing problems
- Actively look for bottlenecks, repeated mistakes, or wasted time/money in how production and ops currently run — and propose (then help implement) fixes, not just report the problem What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail — this role touches gold and diamonds; errors cost money
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and basic tracking systems
- Good written communication — you'll coordinate with multiple partners over WhatsApp/email
- Reliable and process-oriented; you follow up without being chased
- Willingness to learn the specifics of CAD workflows, gold/diamond handling, and QC standards from scratch
