Unlike traditional outsourcing firms, all our operations—from recruitment and training to quality assurance and delivery—are managed in-house, enabling us to maintain high quality standards and efficient project execution.

Role Overview The Operations Generalist – Data Processing is responsible for processing data received from field teams, organizing project files, maintaining operational records, and preparing storage media for future deployments. This role requires strong attention to detail, computer proficiency, and the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while working with large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Receive SD cards and recording devices from field teams.

Upload video and image data to company storage systems.

Organize files using approved naming conventions and folder structures.

Verify successful uploads and report missing or corrupted files.

Maintain upload logs, Excel trackers, and project documentation.





Format SD cards and prepare storage media for redeployment.

Maintain inventory records of storage devices and equipment.

Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Field Teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Follow company data security and confidentiality policies.

Escalate operational or technical issues to Team Leads when required.

Eligibility Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 0–3 years in Data Processing, Data Entry, Operations, Back Office, BPO, or similar roles. Freshers with strong computer skills are encouraged to apply.
