Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Puducherry.

The Operations

Executive will oversee day-to-day facility management and service delivery activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and process standards across assigned sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, monitoring operational performance,



managing schedules and resources, and supporting the implementation of standard operating procedures. The role involves tracking service metrics, resolving operational issues, ensuring statutory compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The Operations

Executive will also assist in reporting, documentation, and communication with stakeholders to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily service delivery and process adherence.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to monitor performance, interpret data, and support decision-making.
- Relevant experience in facility management, business support services, or operations in a service-oriented environment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety standards, statutory compliance, and quality management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Puducherry, manage multiple priorities, and use basic office and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word).
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in operations, management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
