Role Description

- Manage end-to-end operational processes for immigration and visa applications.
- Coordinate with counsellors, documentation teams, and students to ensure timely case progression.
- Verify student documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Track application status and maintain regular follow-ups with universities, embassies, and visa application centers.




- Maintain and update CRM systems, MIS reports, and operational dashboards. • Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and internal SOPs.
- Coordinate with finance for fee confirmations, invoices, and payment tracking.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on application status, visa approvals, and pending cases.

Qualifications

- 1–4 years of experience in Immigration Operations, Study Abroad Operations, or Visa Processing. • Experience handling UK, Canada, USA, Australia, Ireland, or Europe applications is preferred.

- Excellent attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, institutions, and authorities.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and basic database or CRM systems; prior experience in education or immigration services is an advantage.
