Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Executive role based in Dehradun. The Operations Executive will manage daily operational tasks across order fulfilment, inventory, logistics and customer support, ensuring smooth operations and a great customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Manage order processing, tracking, and reconciliation
- Monitor and manage RTOs, identify patterns, and work on reduction
- Oversee inventory management, stock reconciliation, and regular audits
- Conduct quality checks on incoming products and maintain accurate counts
- Handle order fulfilment and shipment labeling for daily orders across platforms
- Maintain and update inventory records and ensure stock availability
- Manage customer support on WhatsApp, including order queries, delivery issues, etc
- Prepare basic ops reports (daily dispatch, pending orders, RTO, inventory status)
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics or e-commerce ops
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Experience with order management systems, courier dashboards, or D2C platforms is a plus
- Valuable communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
