Role Objective

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Operations Executive who will manage all backend activities including KYC, documentation, transaction execution, and platform handling. This role is critical in ensuring seamless client onboarding and error-free execution of transactions.

Key Responsibilities

KYC & Client Onboarding

- Handle end-to-end KYC processing (Individual & Non-Individual)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (CKYC, FATCA, etc.)
- Verify and validate client documents
- Coordinate with clients/RMs for pending documentation

Transaction Execution

- Execute mutual fund transactions
- Process transactions through platforms like NSE NMF II platform
- Ensure timely and accurate order placement




- Track and resolve transaction rejections

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain proper records of all client documents
- Ensure documentation completeness and accuracy
- Handle audit requirements and compliance checks
- Maintain data confidentiality and security

RM & Client Support

- Work closely with Relationship Managers for execution support
- Provide quick turnaround on client requests
- Resolve operational queries from clients and internal teams
- Ensure high service quality and responsiveness

Required Skills

- Strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of mutual fund operations
- Familiarity with platforms like NSE/BSE MF systems
- Process-oriented and disciplined
- Ability to handle high volumes of work
- Positive coordination and communication skills
- Basic Excel and reporting skills

Eligibility

- Graduate (Commerce preferred)
- 2–5 years in mutual fund operations / wealth backend / RTA / AMC
- Experience with transaction platforms (NSE/BSE MF) preferred
