This is a full-time, on-site Operations Executive role based in Dehradun.
The Operations
Executive will manage daily operational tasks across order fulfilment, inventory, logistics and customer support, ensuring smooth operations and a great customer experience. What You’ll Do
Manage order processing, tracking, and reconciliation
Monitor and manage RTOs, identify patterns, and work on reduction
Oversee inventory management, stock reconciliation, and regular audits
Conduct quality checks on incoming products and maintain accurate counts
Handle order fulfilment and shipment labeling for daily orders across platforms
Maintain and update inventory records and ensure stock availability
Manage customer support on WhatsApp, including order queries, delivery issues, etc
Prepare basic ops reports (daily dispatch, pending orders, RTO, inventory status) Who You Are
1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics or e-commerce ops
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
Experience with order management systems, courier dashboards, or D2C platforms is a plus
