Must have skills : Batch Scheduling Tools & Techniques Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Senior Operations Engineer, you will lead operations and delivery management for enterprise production systems and services, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with service agreements. This role demands strong technical expertise in Stonebranch Universal Automation Center (UAC), coupled with leadership in incident management, stakeholder coordination, and mentoring of global operations teams. You will drive operational excellence by designing resilient workflows, optimizing automation, and fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end administration, configuration, and strategic support of Stonebranch UAC in a 24x7 production environment.

Architect, implement, and optimize complex workflows, triggers, calendars, and variables to meet SLA and throughput requirements.

Manage enterprise-scale batch workloads, ensuring dynamic dependencies and operational resiliency.

Lead onboarding, enhancement, and decommissioning of batch jobs in collaboration with application and release management teams.

Drive proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes for failures and performance trends.

Configure alerts, notifications,



and integrations with monitoring, ticketing, and reporting systems to strengthen operational visibility.

Deliver operational, SLA, and compliance reports leveraging UAC logs and historical execution metrics.

Support audit and compliance activities (SOX/PCI), ensuring documentation and adherence to governance standards.

Lead disaster recovery planning and testing, ensuring workflow recoverability and scheduling resiliency.

Act as senior escalation point for Priority 1 incidents and major incident calls, providing decisive leadership under pressure.

Mentor and guide onshore/offshore operations teams, instilling best practices and ITIL-aligned standards.

Skilled & Technical Skills: 3–4 years of enterprise workload automation experience, with deep hands-on expertise in Stonebranch UAC.

Proven ability to design, implement, and support large-scale batch workflows in mission-critical environments.

Strong troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, and automation layers.

Experience with additional workload automation tools (Control-M, IBM Workload Automation, ActiveBatch, RunMyJobs) exposure to BMC Helix integration is highly desirable.

Demonstrated experience in 24x7 operations, on-call rotations, and major incident management.

Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Relevant technical or ITIL certifications preferred.

Additional Information: Minimum 3 years of experience in Stonebranch UAC required.

Position based in Bengaluru office.

15 years of full-time education required.
