Responsibilities: Administer and support enterprise Windows Server environments including: Windows Server 2019

Windows Server 2025 Manage and maintain enterprise Print Server infrastructure. Configure and manage printers, print queues, print policies, and driver deployments. Perform server installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities. Monitor server health, performance, storage, and system availability. Troubleshoot server, printing, and infrastructure-related issues. Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.

Support Active

Directory-integrated server and print services. Manage server security, access controls, and compliance activities.



Perform backup validation and disaster recovery support activities. Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.

Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks. Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and support teams. Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills: Process & Service Management Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management best practices.

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and within global teams. Good stakeholder and customer management capabilities.

Strong hands-on experience in: Windows Server 2019 Windows Server 2025 Print Server Administration PowerShell scripting Positive understanding of: Active Directory integration DNS and DHCP concepts Group Policy basics Server patching and maintenance Printer deployment and driver management Windows Server security and hardening Server monitoring and troubleshooting Additional Information: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Preferred Certifications Microsoft Windows Server Certifications Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate PowerShell scripting certifications ITIL Foundation Certification Preferred Experience Experience supporting enterprise-scale Windows infrastructure environments. Exposure to server migration and modernization projects.

Experience in print management optimization and automation initiatives. Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and operational best practices. The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.

A 15 years full time education is required.
