Services include individual and group therapy, psychological assessments, workshops, and community-based interventions for individuals, families, and organizations. Role Description The Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre. This role includes coordinating appointments and schedules, managing client onboarding and queries, and maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with ethical and confidentiality guidelines.

The Operations

Associate will assist with office administration, vendor coordination, and logistical support for therapy sessions, workshops, and training programs. They will help streamline operational processes,



monitor basic data and metrics, and support communication between clients, clinicians, and partner organizations. The role involves collaborating closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient setting for all stakeholders.

- A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social sciences, business, or a related field is preferred, along with basic proficiency in office software and digital tools.
- An understanding of trauma-informed and ethical practice, comfort working in a mental health setting, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are highly valued.
