Role Description The Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre. This role includes coordinating appointments and schedules, managing client onboarding and queries, and maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with ethical and confidentiality guidelines.
The Operations
Associate will assist with office administration, vendor coordination, and logistical support for therapy sessions, workshops, and training programs. They will help streamline operational processes,
monitor basic data and metrics, and support communication between clients, clinicians, and partner organizations. The role involves collaborating closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient setting for all stakeholders.

- Candidates should possess strong operations skills, including coordination, process management, and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess effective interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients, clinicians, and team members.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to organize information, track data, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence and client interaction.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to ensure a supportive, responsive, and respectful experience for all visitors and clients.
- Relevant experience in administrative or operations roles, preferably in healthcare, mental health, or nonprofit settings, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social sciences, business, or a related field is preferred, along with basic proficiency in office software and digital tools.
- An understanding of trauma-informed and ethical practice, comfort working in a mental health setting, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are highly valued.
