Operations keeps the business moving. This role sits at the centre of it. We're looking for someone who enjoys execution, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in ensuring things happen—accurately, on time, and at scale.

This isn't a role with a fixed playbook. Priorities will change, new problems will emerge, and you'll often find yourself working across teams to make things happen. If you enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity and don't mind rolling up your sleeves, you'll fit right in.

What you'll own:

Own day-to-day catalogue operations and ensure listings are accurate, complete, and updated.

Execute private label operations, including order fulfilment, packaging coordination, dispatch readiness, and marketplace readiness.

Manage inventory operations through stock reconciliation, replenishment planning, and inventory accuracy.

Coordinate with the tech team to execute operational requirements, validate fixes, test features, and close execution gaps.

Execute customer engagement initiatives across WhatsApp, app notifications, and other CRM channels as required.

Work closely with marketing, customer support, warehouse, category, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution of launches, campaigns, and operational initiatives.

Build and maintain SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and operational workflows that improve efficiency and scalability.

Coordinate with vendors,



logistics partners, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Support the execution of offline activations, events, and on-ground initiatives whenever required.

Identify operational issues, take ownership, and drive them to closure.

Take on new responsibilities as the business evolves—because in a startup, the role grows as the company grows.

Who you should be: 1–3 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, supply chain, or a startup environment.

Strong execution skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Highly organised and known for following through.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.

Someone who takes ownership without waiting for instructions.

Curious, adaptable, and excited by solving real operational problems.

Comfortable working across functions and wearing multiple hats when needed.
