Role: Operations Associate

Location: Sadashivanagar, Bangalore (Office-based, with travel to check sessions in the field)

Age Stronger is a fitness community for seniors in Bangalore — group fitness sessions and Sports coaching. We're not in the business of the stereotype: seniors sitting around, wheelchairs, low-energy "activities." Our members show up to move, compete, and get stronger. We exist to help seniors thrive, not just stay occupied. ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an all-encompassing operations role, built around constant communication with clients and leads. If something needs to get done to keep Age Stronger running well, and no one else owns it, it's yours. Expect the job to look different in month three than it does in week one. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own all operational tasks around bookings and session execution, end to end.

Attend sessions in the field to check quality, and capture photos/videos for social media.

Send daily client rating and feedback messages, and track what comes back.

Talk to potential leads, respond to inbound queries, and convert them into paying clients.

Pick up admin tasks as we hand them off. This list will grow. Consider it a floor, not a ceiling. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Excellent communication, written and verbal. This matters more than anything else on this list. You'll be messaging clients daily, talking to leads on calls, and representing us in person, so you can't freeze up around strangers.

Someone organized enough that bookings, messages,



and admin don't fall through the cracks.

Willing to do the unglamorous stuff. Sending rating messages daily and admin work isn't exciting. If that feels beneath you, this isn't the role.

Based in Bangalore, able to work out of our Sadashivanagar office most days, with occasional travel to check sessions on-site.

Comfortable with a role that keeps changing shape. COMPENSATION

Month 1: ₹5,000

From Month 2: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 /month We've been burned before, hiring someone, paying a full month, and realizing the fit wasn't right. So month one is intentionally light — it's more about finding out if this works for both of us than a reflection of the job's value. WHY THIS ROLE IS WORTH IT

Most entry-level roles hand you one slice of a business and keep you there. This one won't. Within a few months, you'll have hands-on exposure to operations, client servicing, lead conversion, and content — the kind of cross-functional experience most people don't get until years into a career, and usually one function at a time.

You'll work closely with the founders, watch decisions get made in real time, and have a direct hand in a business being built from scratch. If you want to understand how a business actually goes from 0 to 1, not read about it, this is that chance. AVOID THIS JOB IF
