Job Title: Operations Associate Location: Bommasandra, Bengaluru Job Type: Full-time About Us We are a growing company specializing in the distribution of IVD (In Vitro Diagnostic) reagents, consumables, and laboratory products. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities Process customer orders and coordinate dispatches. Manage inventory, stock receipts, and warehouse records. Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and shipping documents. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers regarding order status.

Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records. Handle documentation related to imports, dispatches, and product movements. Ensure timely order processing and delivery. Assist in resolving customer queries related to shipments and stock availability.

Maintain operational reports and update ERP/Excel records. Support the operations team in achieving daily business targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
