Role Description The Operations and Maintenance Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role is responsible for day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of solar power plant equipment and associated infrastructure to ensure safe, effective, and reliable operations. Key tasks include performing routine inspections, executing preventive and corrective maintenance, identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with vendors or contractors as needed.

The engineer will maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, support performance analysis and reporting,



and contribute to continuous improvement of plant reliability and efficiency. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with relevant technical and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve operational and technical issues efficiently.

Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management skills to plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities and ensure equipment reliability.

Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, including knowledge of power systems, electrical safety, and relevant standards.

Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members, vendors, and stakeholders, and for preparing technical reports.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field are preferred.

Experience in operations and maintenance of solar power plants or other industrial infrastructure is beneficial.

Familiarity with safety protocols, industrial standards, and basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and reporting is advantageous.
