Role Description This is a founder's office role, not a department job. You'll own day to day operations. Production coordination with our design team. Vendor follow-through. Inventory. The small things that keep a brand moving before it's officially moving.

You'll also shape how Aryavela shows up in the world. Positioning, campaigns, tone, how we talk to the people who'll eventually buy from us.

For the first month, you're running point mostly solo. I'll be reachable, but not in the room daily. That's the trade. Real autonomy,



real stakes, your decisions shaping the outcome from week one.

Qualifications

- You finish what you start, without needing to be chased.
- You have taste. In design, in words, in how a brand should feel. You can point to something and say why it's right.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. There's no playbook yet; you'll help write it.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, or building something from scratch is a plus, not a requirement.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Pune. In office, non-negotiable.
- Degrees, titles, and years of experience matter far less to us than whether you can actually do the job
