This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 300000 - Rs 400000 ie INR 3-4 LPA Min Experience 2 years Location Ahmedabad JobType full-time We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team and drive efficiency accuracy and process improvement across our operations and logistics functions The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset exceptional attention to detail and the ability to streamline complex operational workflows This role is crucial in ensuring that day-to-day business operations run seamlessly and that logistical processes are optimized for cost-effectiveness timeliness and scalability Requirements Key Responsibilities Operations Management Analyze and monitor daily operational activities to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Develop and track key performance indicators KPIs to measure operational success and drive performance improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as supply chain procurement finance and customer service to align operational strategies with organizational goals Support implementation of process automation tools and digital systems to enhance operational productivity and data accuracy Prepare reports dashboards and data visualizations for management review and decision-making Logistics Supply Chain Optimization Manage logistics operations including order processing inventory management vendor coordination and transportation tracking Ensure timely and cost-efficient movement of goods while maintaining high service standards Analyze freight warehousing and distribution costs to identify areas for savings and process improvement Collaborate with logistics partners to resolve delivery issues and maintain accurate shipment records Monitor stock levels demand patterns and supply chain disruptions to ensure smooth order fulfillment and business continuity Data Process Analytics Conduct root cause analyses on operational bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions Create and maintain detailed documentation of operational processes and standard operating procedures SOPs Use data analytics tools Excel Power BI or similar to forecast trends assess performance and guide decision-making Support strategic initiatives such as cost reduction programs process automation and vendor optimization Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations Management Logistics Supply Chain or a related field 2-5 years of hands-on experience in operations logistics or supply chain analytics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Excel advanced Google Sheets and data visualization tools Knowledge of ERP systems SAP Oracle or similar and logistics software is a plus Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management abilities Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
