Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage patient care in Operation Theater (OT) during surgeries, ensuring smooth execution of surgical procedures.

- Coordinate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure seamless communication and teamwork.

- Monitor patients' vital signs and medical conditions before, during, and after surgery to identify potential complications.

- Maintain accurate records of patient data, treatment plans, and outcomes in OT reports.

- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and standards for infection control, safety, and quality improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience as an OT Incharge or similar role in a reputed hospital setting.
