Hiring: Operation Technicians (ITI / Diploma) – Boisar, Maharashtra

About the Opportunity: Socius is actively seeking hands-on, dedicated Operation Technicians to join our site team at Viraj Profiles Private Limited in Boisar, Maharashtra. If you have a robust technical foundation and are ready to be a core part of our daily plant activities, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.

What You Will Do:

- Actively contribute to the day-to-day operations of the plant to ensure smooth and continuous production.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance activities on plant equipment and machinery.
- Monitor process parameters, troubleshoot minor operational issues on the floor, and assist the Shift Incharge.
- Ensure all work is carried out following strict industrial safety protocols.

What We Are Looking For:

- Education: Minimum ITI or Diploma in a relevant technical trade (Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, etc.).




- Preferred Experience: Candidates with working knowledge or prior experience in Beneficiation Plants, Waste Management, or Wet Milling Plants will be given strong preference.
- Skills: A proactive attitude with the ability to handle both operational and maintenance tasks effectively.
