Role Description The Operation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day travel operations, including handling bookings, managing itineraries, and ensuring smooth ground arrangements for B2B clients. The role involves communicating with suppliers and partners, monitoring service delivery, resolving operational issues, and maintaining up-to-date records of bookings and client requirements.

The Operation

Executive will also support rate comparisons, prepare operational reports,



and collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Robust Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with partners, suppliers, and internal teams.

Hands-on experience in Operations and Operations Management, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality.

Solid Analytical Skills to review rates, assess itineraries, and troubleshoot operational challenges.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic reservation or CRM systems; comfort with digital tools and online research.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior experience in a DMC, tour operations, or travel agency workplace is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and maintain flexible availability based on operational needs.
