Role Description The Operation Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in New Delhi, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Operation

Executive will coordinate daily cab bookings, manage driver schedules, and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs for customers.

Responsibilities include monitoring trip status, resolving operational issues, maintaining records, and supporting logistics planning for tours and travel itineraries. The role involves regular communication with drivers, partners, and customers to address queries, confirm arrangements,



and ensure service quality.

The Operation

Executive will also assist in optimizing routes, tracking performance metrics, and supporting process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily scheduling, logistics, and process coordination.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify issues, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in transport, travel, tourism, or related service industries.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with basic computer applications, booking platforms, and mobile communication tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused mindset.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
